Rules

For Ride
All bikes despite their make and model should be serviced and checked in the week prior to the ride.
All documentation (i.e. RC Papers, valid PUC and insurance) should be carried and should be up to date.  Bikes should have their rear view mirrors. Working signal lights, tail lights, head lamps and horns should be working.
Spares like an extra tube, accelerator and clutch cables, fuses etc. depending in the need should be carried along.
 
For Rider
All riders should be 18+ with a valid driving license.
They should be physically, medically and mentally fit for the event.
Riding gear (Full face helmet, Jacket of a thick material, full gloves, shoes, and knee and elbow guards) is compulsory during the complete phase of the ride.
 
For Pillion
A pillion below the age of 18 should get confirmation letter present in the link from their parents or a guardian.
They should be physically, medically and mentally fit for the event.
Riding gear (Full face helmet, Jacket of a thick material, shoes, and knee and elbow guards) is compulsory during the complete phase of the ride.
 
During the ride
When riding in a group, there are a few key riders who should be taken in to account i.e. The Lead (first in position), Sub-Lead (first in position for the second group if two groups are made), Sweep (The Tail of the group), Sub-Sweep ((The Tail of the first group if two groups are made) and the Wing (who is used by the sweep as a communicator with the Lead).
·         All riders should maintain positions assigned to them at all times.
·         No rider overtakes the lead or falls behind than the sweep.
·         All riders maintain a zic-zac riding pattern. (2 diagonally behind the 1. The 3 behind the 1, the 4 behind the 2 and so on. )
·         All riders should have their head lights on at all times and signal lights should be given at the times of overtaking as well as                                changing lanes.
·         A distance of a minimum of more than a bike should be kept between 2 riders.
·         DUI (Driving Under Influence) will not be tolerated from any rider in the club. If found that individual will be asked to leave and at their                own risk.
·         Rash riding which will put and others riders at risk will not be tolerated.
 
IMPORTANT NOTES:

Once with the group no individual will be allowed to leave the trip early unless a valid reason which will be reviewed by the group lead.
1.     Its mandatory for all participants to ride with complete riding gears, like knee guard, elbow guard,  a thick riding jacket, ISI or DOT certified helmet, riding gloves(must cover fingers), shoes.
Helmet and jacket is Complusory for Pillion as well.
2.     Riders who have registered and who do not carry their gears will not be allowed to ride and their registration amount will not be refunded.
3.     Every rider is requested to stay with the group while riding and maintain an average speed of 60 – 80 Kmph, reaching the destination early is not going to fetch you any award or recognition.
4.     Last but not the least, Riders are requested to keep in mind & thoroughly understand that this event is purely an adventurous ride and not any kind of race.
5.     In case of loss of materials and personal things, management is not responsible for the same, hence riders are requested to take care of their belongings.
6.     In case of accident as we take care our  safety but still if rider meet with an accident ,loss of life of the rider and third party damage by the rider ,loss of bike then Group Brotherhood of Tourers(B.O.T) or Management Team or Club Member  will be not responsible for any claims or complaint’s.

General Rules
All riders should be open to and respect all religions cast and creed.
Alcohol consumption or drug usage of any kind will be not be tolerated at any situation of the ride.
Any king of road rage will not be tolerated by any rider during the ride.
Any miss behavior of any kind with and riders especially with female riders will not be tolerated.
Our belief “Leaving Behind Just Your Tire Trail” should be followed by all present at the ride. It’s the responsibility of all the riders to keep the place liter free, especially at the place where we halt.
